Understand
The Problem
A user who has heart conditions, usually taking pill, has to keep his heart status in closed watch. Sometimes it is difficult to keep heart monitors around such as outside the house or on a trip, and it is difficult to anticipate what is going on inside our bodies in these moments.
The Solution
Let me introduce "Medinked", a Health informative helper app that provides simple tools and relevant information about our heart and blood conditions. So we can always keep our health in close watch and know when we should change pills, keep it easy, or do more sports to keep up a good paste.
Design
🎨 UI Design
Creating the styleguide and the App main screens helped me refine the app’s design language. I then applied the additional styles and placed the objects and components on the Figma App with adding secondary screens such as Profile info, Tatto gallery & FAQ's
Notice that in order to use the app, the user needs to scan his body tattoo, hence it is mandatory to go and get a Medinked tattoo at the licensed personal.

📊 Competitive Analysis
In my research I explored the most common health issues in order to create an app that relevant for the majority of people and be creative as well. I chose to focus on heart problems related to blood pressure, which are the number one health related cause of death in the U.S.

Two key app groups got me inspired:
Tattoo galleries apps:
The association with Tattoo apps goes immediately to the more obvious, such as Tattoo galleries that users often find inspiration for their next tattoo. Some Tattoo apps dare to go even farther, and use AR in their app functions, such as InkHunter, so the user can choose a tattoo from the in-app gallery, turn on the camera, and check how the tattoo looks like on his or her hand showed on the app's screen.
Another Tattoo related app is the Skin Motion app, who has the option to scan the users app related tattoo in the shape of a sound wave, and then show on the app, the same tattoo, filled with AR motion colors, plus hearing a recording similar in shape to the sound wave tattooed on the user.
Blood Pressure Tracker Apps:
While tattoo apps fill a more creative side of inspiration I was looking for to build my app, Blood pressure apps gave me an honest look of the technical side to get inspired by. You can often find in these apps stopwatches and timers, to help the user count the pace of the heart and checking blood pressure. the phone's camera is a common tool in theses apps: by pressing the users finger on the eye retina, the app can give the exact ratio of the user's heart rate. I find this function of connecting to the user's most precious thing, his health, highly important issue to remember when building my app.
The combination between, the stylish ways Tattoo apps connect to their users, and the functionality given in the blood Pressure tracker Apps, guided me all the way to finale results in this project.

In order to understand, empathize, and present the main problems users face while living with heart disease, or high blood pressure, I created a persona that will shed light on when the app is most needed, and how it can help shorten the pain of daily health issues they face.

Hanna lives in NY with her husband, Nathaniel + two kids: Casey, 5 & Toby, 4. In the morning, she usually goes for a short run at the park. Then, she drops the kids to school, and drives to her office at ,"Planetia", Art gallery, in the upper side of Manhattan.
being around people younger than her in the gallery, and exploring some of the art scene in NY, such as tattoo exhibits, she decided to get one herself.
knowing that high blood pressure runs in the family, she wishes to stay aware of her health, she decided to download the "Instant Heart Rate" app, but unfortunately, she had to deleted the app, after realizing it is hard to navigate, having small size lettering, made difficult to use.
She does want to be count as a technophobe, but cant really find an app that can go with her new love of tattoos and keeps her daily healthy routine in check.

Find the blood pressure apps hard to navigate. Wishes to find a cool way to make her interest in sports and health noticeable, while keeping it young and creative.

I enjoy social media apps, so I wont count myself distant from the app world. In my office I get a lot of offers from tattoo artists to show their art, I just fell in love with this world, and wishes to get my first tattoo. Lately I find it hard to keep up on healthy diet and sports, and need something to keep me in shape.

🌟 App Features
Once the research has completed, I moved to wireframing and designing the screens of the main scenarios in the app.
Call Emergency
When the user experience drastic changes in his body that affects the heart, the app will immediately sensor the problem, (giving the connection the app has with the sensors placed in the body tattoo of the user), and call for emergency hotline. This action is also optional, the user can choose to call emergency without any related health issues, or a doctor instead
Check Blood Pressure
Taking Inspiration from other Blood pressure apps, I chose to focus on the data itself, as well as the round shaped design. By scanning the tattoo with the user's phone, the app will show information relevant to the user's health such as Pulse, DIA and SYS, as well as the User's Blood pressure.
Schedule Sport exercises
In the Medinked App the user can choose from a variety of sport activities, create new activities, and follow up on future bookings. The user can keep track on his health using specially build-in timer that shows lap counts, exercise clock and short info of Blood pressure while in activity.
Medicinal Information + Booking Doctor appointments
The app has the ability to show the medicinal records of the user, as well as history of prescriptions. By that, give info about time of consumption. Or when the pills ran out, upon prescription from the doctor, the user can order new medicines.
